Renewed Community is In-Network* and is one of California's Preferred Provider Group with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Oscar Health, Optum, and Oxford.
If you are in-network with one of these insurance plans, you may use this option towards receiving services from our team. Each insurance plan benefits are different and pricing may vary. Depending on your benefits, our services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Out of Network Provider Benefits
Is Your Insurance Out of Network? No problem, we can still help!
If you are on an Insurance Plan that we are not contracted with, you will be considered “Out of Network.” Many Insurance/PPO Plans offer “Out of Network Provider” Benefits and will reimburse between 10%-60% of our Private Pay Fees. To help with accessibility to care, we can provide you with a paper “super bill” after each visit that you can submit to your insurance company for a qualified reimbursement.

Headway takes away the administrative burden of working with insurance and helps provide increased accessibility to mental health care for individuals in need of mental health services.

Additional fees for phone calls, letters, email, reports, etc. will be charged and determined on a time for service basis for established clients. Please feel free to inquire about fees.

A late cancellation or no-show is considered a Missed Appointment.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluations: $300
Follow-up Appointments: $150
